Arrow 94? Gas Club Car Start issue

I was backin up, put it in drive it wouldn't work..
I got a screw driver i think on the cylinoid got the "wheel pully" to spin. I was like okay, i got the voltage meter the orange like wire on the cylinoid got like a 12.4v the other orange wire attachments register about 12-12.4v ...
Stumped. ..
Is it a wire, the cylinoid, or something else that wont make it work when you push on the peddle?
I think its electrical issue on the i think its a 94 or 95 Gas Club Car. Kawasaki engine
I have fresh gas in it, a recent oil change, and ive got a new spark plug. .
Any help to get me back riding i appreciate it. .

Well thank you BGW Forum for all the responses. .
I went to town, called the golf cart shop i visited to hear they closed there doors and the main guy retired .. i went to a new place, got a 6.00 switch. Come home and trying to find the switch that might be wrong i located a Wire that was loose. Reattached the wire and presto it worked

Mine was the green wire ma'am, behind the micro switch. The plug in connector needed replaced. Sorry i didnt respond sooner. Hopefully yours is just a wire.
If not try the micro switch its about 6$ then hope its fixed, or it could be a wire to the starter or the starter.
