Looks VERY similar to the front of an EZGO. I wouldn't be surprised if you could modify a drop axle off of a 2001+ EZGO to work. What does the rear look like??

given the spring location on the axle just a stock 2001.5+ ezgo axle would lift the front a couple inches. A new style drop axle would probably put it over 6" of lift.

Given the way the rear is, it looks as though moving the axle under the springs will lift it 5" - 6". The rear spring mounts are like the ones used in the ezgo workhorse cart and electric txt cart, not the regular txt gas golf cart

Had to edit some, I was thinking of the gas carts rear spring mounts only

Yellowsled just for kicks measure the two bolts on the front axle... ezgo is 10.375 center to center and 13.750 at the cart.. ezgo steering box will fit that cart....
