Re: Zone cart reliability??
I appreciate everyones input here. We still have no idea which way we will go yet. I'm gonna do a 6 passenger but I don't want to buy new so I'm just weighing all options I have. One of those would beca zone 6 passenger lifted with tired and new paint for pretty cheap, but if we did go down that road we have to be ready for possible headaches, but that is really true in any used purchase

Re: Zone cart reliability??
The Zone cart is just a name applied to the Chinese cart that comes from Suzhou Eagle Electric Manufacturing Co. Link: Suzhou Eagle Electric Manufacturing
These have been sold by Drive Electric, Star Electric Cars and the Villages Golf Cart Man in Florida. Here are some links: Drive Electric Star Electric Vehicles Villages Golf Cart Man Classic Cruise Car |

Re: Zone cart reliability??
Dave in VA, I ordered my cart on 12/21/2009. One of my coworkers and his brother ordered two 6 pasenger Zones 2 days before I ordered mine. They delivered all three cart to his house on 07/01/2010. I brought them to NH where we use them. They have a house on a golf course and use it there. I camp in the area and use mine at the camp. I have mine registered in MA. and can drive it on the roads in NH and MA for short trips. It was worth the long wait. I've camped in VA about 10 times and love the state.

Re: Zone cart reliability??
What kind of parts are waiting for? Have you checked with a Star dealer to see if they have the parts or could get them? If the customer is paying cash I don't think he's going to care where the parts come from.
