Re: Zone cart reliability??
i have worked on 15 off them mostly charger trobles. the problem is that they dont have the parts in stock. takes for ever to get them to me .5 mounth waiting on a roll over job needed new body cowl back seat top struts and on and on. it all came from china then it has to clear custom. just not worth it. ezgo or club car you can get every part overnited to you. this is just my two cents im just a repair shop that will not take a zone cart in again. but hey some guy think getting it for a tax brake is worth it finding a repaire shop to work on it is the fun part and ther warrenty is a joke when you have to pay for the labor

Re: Zone cart reliability??
Good points. I agree that the biggest problems would be from accidents and body parts. Most of the electrical issues on any cart can be worked out and even alternate parts can be found but when you need body parts, you're SOL without the OEM parts.

Well I think that you are the SAP because it did not take 12 months for delivery and Drive Electric is still open. |

Do they have an inferior product with MULTIPLE FAILURES documented here as well as elsewhere? Do they have documented customer service FAILURES? Do they have the worst reputation among independent golf cart service shops NATIONWIDE? Do they support their own customers when the IRS starts denying tax credits? Do they have repeat sales? Yeah, they're still open, and I got that wrong, but the rest of the prophecy looks remarkably accurate. I don't like them, and they probably don't like me. I'm glad you are enjoying your Zone cart. |
