Re: Bombardier NEV owner exchange
I had a lot of problems with my charger. The fan on the charger runs all the time even when it done charging. On mine its charging the 72v but not the 12v and the 72/12v converter inside the charger isnt working either which charges the 12v. Are you sure your accessory 12v battery is charged? The charger might be not be charging it even though it sounds like its charging. Check it with a multi meter. I had a lot of problem as I thought my accessory battery was charging but it wasnt.

Re: Bombardier NEV owner exchange

Re: Bombardier NEV owner exchange
Per the schematic the the grey and green wire is for service reset and the grey and blue wire is for service mode. Just jump either of the black wires that are connected from the back to one of those two. So grey and green to black or grey and blue to black that should put you into service reset or service mode. Hope that helps.

Re: Bombardier NEV owner exchange
there is no wire there. should i keep a wire there? does it just get tapped? ie. grey and green wire for non service mode? like, keep them connected. when should they be attached and when disconnected?
sorry to be a pain in the butt, just trying to get this thing mobile |

Re: Bombardier NEV owner exchange
ideas; run battery straight to motor(tap it) to make sure it is working? run straight from cantactor in to motor, then contactor out to motor to see if motor spins. once again i am just brainstorming.

Re: Bombardier NEV owner exchange
I would try that but can be dangerous. But at least your know the motor is working. Are you getting like 72v or more at the controller connection? 72v at the main contactor? My guess is your having a controller issue.

Re: Bombardier NEV owner exchange
Anyone know a good seat replacement? I hate these plastic like seats and the are separating at the bottom seams. I would like to put something else in.
