Kf 82
I am putting together a kf 82 flat head I am taking two motors and making one but try we're already apart and I was wandering does the governor has to be in it because I don't have the parts and the decompression either any help would be greatly appreciated

The governor mechanism is in the transaxle/transmission at the rear of the cart and is connected to the carburetor arm by a long rod. There isn't anything inside the motor to worry about.
