Re: Is this store legitimate?
it’s fake. I wouldn’t look further into it. The less than 5 minutes I spent on Google should have already given enough info to prove that. This is super common. Scammers do that all the time. They copy a real company’s website, change the contact info links and create a new website with a slightly different url.
Look, here’s another website. https://golfcartsandparts.org Same “looking” website, same carts. That 2022 lithium ezgo is $8500 on this site. Same address, different telephone number and email address. I bet if you looked you could find another half dozen just like it with different contact info. I’ll bet if you looked into that $300 shipping company, they’re probably fake and don’t exist either. |

Re: Is this store legitimate?
I ordered some parts from golfcartpartsdirect.com 13 days ago and while they did answer their phone, they have yet to ship them. so at least you didn't send your money yet

you quoted the wrong person i believe. I do believe the website i ordered from was legit, it just took them 13 days to "ship" my parts. not sure if they had to wait on them to show up or what, but a little bit of a heads up would have been nice. Shipping wasn't slow, but the parts getting shipped was. |

Re: Is this store legitimate?
So are you saying that you did receive the parts you ordered and they match the description? And you are a happy customer?

The website is pretty easy to find parts, and ordering was no problem. I was just looking for a little transparency on lead times. Had I been in a hurry to get this cart running I would have cancelled my order at 5-6 days of no shipping/no communication that is not the site I put in my post at all. Not to argue, but if you look at my first post and the one you linked they are different websites. |
