Installed the S/G with the brackets along with the belt at tension. Just have to do the wiring, fuel system, and engine mount tension bracket. This week is loaded with appointments so when I will finish is still a question mark ?

Another week went by BUT they installed gas lines to the island and last tues my meter was installed. So have been working getting things changed out here in the house and got pro installer to hook up from the meter to the house today. All done and everything works as it should. One more step in getting our little island more civilized.

They used the Megapress fittings with the Milwaukee M12 tool on the 1" galvanized pipe. What a system

While we were out beach glass picking yesterday we met a man shooting drone video's. We found on youtube his work "Drone Art Fortescue ". The 3 of us were treated to 2 bald eagles roosting and flying out over the bay from the beach on Egg island.

While on youtube I see "EL McDrone" shot a video coming off Egg Island down the road to our main beach. Great place to run your cart

They came and removed my 420 lb propane tank yesterday. I need to get rid of the concrete pad it was sitting on. Another job on the list. Got out there with the BIG sledge hammer and broke it into pieces. It was constructed of blocks with concrete under and top of them. Once I seen where the first seam was I used that as a guide where the weak points would be. Nice heart work out today. Pad busted up and all the blocks and concrete moved away from my lower building

I see Red Beard on youtube does a quick overview on modding a Duromax 440 cc unit. He has backed away from his recommendation of the HF 459 cc unit due to the lack of speed equipment. He does not seem to be aware of the ECcarbs Wildcat 460 cc 10 bolt crankcase unit which would be my choice for a present base unit to build which are presently in stock. I bought one of their base blocks and it is identical to the earlier VC 460 unit.
