ERIC Lithium Profile (Algo 269)
I reached out to Delta-Q to get a profile for using the ERIC charger with my DIY LiFePO4 battery. This battery is made of headway cells, but this should work with prismatic cells that are nominal 3.2, max of 3.65 per cell in a 16S configuration. The Algorithm tops off at 58.4V. I would love to top out at 56 or 56.8V, if you know of a profile that does that. Hope this helps someone!

If you decide that doesn't work after all, I recommend you contact Fullriver Battery, since they are our main contact for lithium application support in the US: Fullriver Battery USA 3823 Mission Oaks Blvd #A Camarillo, CA 93012 Phone 1-800-522-8191 www.fullriverbattery.com Let me know if you need support in a different country. Regards, Jamie |

Re: ERIC Lithium Profile (Algo 269)
I found a profile on the Delta Q site that stops at 56v. It's #233.
https://support.delta-q.com/hc/en-us...ithium-Battery I'm testing it out now. |

Yeah, 266 looked good on paper, but tried to take my cells to over 60V. Not sure what happened, but my BMS shut that down.
I looked in the logs of the charger and got a DC out of spec where it said end voltage was 60V. Who knows? |

Re: ERIC Lithium Profile (Algo 269)
Oh... i can't test it with mine, as i need the programming Interface first. And i have a different charger ( Yellow World Charger ) If that matters.

Re: ERIC Lithium Profile (Algo 269)
Somewhere on my headway build thread I went into more Algos. I tried 233 and couldn’t get it to load, so I think I landed on 261? I’ll need to check my ERIC to see what I’m currently running.

Re: ERIC Lithium Profile (Algo 269)
Just wanted to report back on some issues I was having. I was having trouble with getting 266 working. It would load, but the charger was doing weird things...I would hear a relay clicking inside every few minutes and I also saw that the yellow or orange light would flash rapidly after plugging the unit into the wall.
In the end, it ended up being the USB stick that I was using to flash with. I changed to an older/slower stick and this cleared everything up. 266 is now loaded and takes my prismatic pack to 55.4 volts! |
