Blue wire is supply to a voltage reducer to power lights, radio, etc. If you don't have a reducer you should get one.

Flip the Tow/Run switch back to Run.

All lights blinkers etc... working I have tried to reset OBC and still nothing. He supplied me with the parts. Allbright 48v solenoid, new batteries, cables, controller, wired all back up and no click at all. Reverse buzzer works now. I've tried to find a wiring diagram for this cart but no luck. What's confusing is the yellow wire coming from solenoid is just like the old one was wired but shows
a + symbol under it and the red wire from 48v + pack is on the other. Only thing I had to do was install the resistor. Are the resistors directional?

Both of these fuses checked good.

This is how it was wired before the new parts were installed. Went back with same parts except he supplied a 350a controller to replace the 250a

Battery Pack 49.7 volts sitting and when key is on and accelerator pedal pushed no change.

Checked voltage at solenoid... Red side 49.7 volts... Yellow side 49.1 volts with key off and in run position.

Throttle sensor? This motor has a regenerative braking I think? he said it felt like the brakes were on after he shorted the motor. Just trying to help him get back going but as y'all know I do not like electric carts. I would much rather have gas

Ok did some more testing have pack voltage at 2 little terminals on solenoid when gas pedal is pressed.
When I hooked up ground to pack and turned on tow/run and put in reverse it took a min for the buzzer to start buzzing??? Could that be a sign of a problem?

Thinking MCOR maybe? Solenoid is not clicking

Is the connector on the controller plugged in all the way? Can’t really tell from the pic but it doesn’t look pushed in far enough.
