Cart running great, trying to do some work on it and its a busy summer I can't touch it yet. Got a CV carb for it and pieces to fab an intake. But I am swamped with other stuff to do.

I saw that CV carb you picked up. Funny thing, my buddy brought his kids go-kart over for me to get running, and it has that carb. I got it to run, but that slide wont come up on WOT so it is starving for air....any pointers?

I'm going with a double A-arm front end off a Yamaha Blaster. It was missing all the brake parts (Drum Brakes) so I'm going to pull the stock hubs and ball joints off it. I will then use heim joints to put the spindles from the G1 on the A-arms.

I also have the rack unit, U-joint, and steering shaft to put rack and pinion in with the new front end.

I still won't have brakes on the front but the new front end and steering will be much better and I'll be able to run matching tires/wheels with no problem.
