Well, since the batteries in the new to me cart were pretty much shot, I decided to do a couple upgrades. Thanks Scottyb with the hookup on my Alltrax 48500 controller setup programed to match my new Eco Battery 48v 105ah. All new 2 gauge cables I made while installjng. so they fit perfectly. Sorry, didn't take a picture of the completed job with the on-board charger or other stuff yet, as I still have some more wire management to do, just waiting on supplies to come in on Tuesday. Very happy with the new setup, new speed and acceleration, and the fact I can drive more than lap around the campground per 6 hours of charging, lol. After roughly 10 miles of hilly driving since last night, only dropped down to 81% soc. And charged up to 100% again in roughly 90 minutes for its charge cycle. Now it's time to order the 22" wheels and 6" lift kit. Other than Allsports, any other recommendations? I am kinda impatient, so done want the 6-8 week time frame they list. But also don't want crappy ride either.

I joined the lithium club today. Just got these in from Plowman’s. I may add more batteries in the future but just these two blow away the performance of the Trojan pack I’m replacing. 07 IQ DS.

Got the basic Bandit upgrade from PQ, finally. Installed Friday. She's def got a lil more pep in her step... The 4.5 week, ~390$(325 motor + shipping and insurance) investment felt worth it on the first slight incline on my street where at the top I'm usually down to 9mph or so, I'm now holding 12-13mph and not slowing down the entire 100 yards. Cruising 17-19 on flat road. Stock 300 amp controller, upgraded #2 wires and F/R, 22in knobbys

They didn't replace the studs or the insulators on the "rebuild" which I was a little disappointed in, but I guess I only got what I paid for???

Anyways, I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Installed a Navitas 440a controller
Installed new LED flood Lights
Re-wired the existing LED lights to operate as fog lights

New covers.jpg[/attach]

I added a valance, club cover and side curtains to keep the rain out while playing golf.

Admin, I do not know how to correct the orientation of the first two pictures.
