Default wire extraction tool?

Can anyone tell me what tool i need to remove the pins from molex nylon connectors?

i believe they are called extraction tools. I looked up extraction tools, and there are thousands of them.

I am looking for one that i can use on the nylon connectors that are behind the key switch panel in precedents.

It looks like i could use 2 different sizes, since some of the pins are on 18 gauge wire and some are on 14 or 12 gauge?

Any help, parts numbers etc??

Thank you for your time.

In a pinch any small metal tubing that will just fit over the pin will push the barbs back. A small screw driver or ice pick can be used too.

I found this too.

Go too a hobby shop and find a piece of metal tubing that just fits over the pins. This will work to extract the pins. I have had one for years.

auto parts store , the round one has the flat tools for GM type connectors, like the grey ones,

the arrow is to a tube that is broken off of mine that covers the spring,

the other one is size specific , with a tube & has a rod to push it out,

I thought the connector behind the dash was a Mate-N-Lok series from Tyco AMP.
The extraction tool I use is AMP 305183 ( Mouser has it as 571-305183)
