Back working on the cart. I have the cart on charge and I am testing each battery while they are charging I have 5 batteries at 10 volts and one battery at 8.6 volts is it posible for one battery not getting charged? If so what do I look for

Make sure the red wire from the charger receptacle is connected to the pack positive battery post, that is the one with the cable going to the solenoid.

Wow magic. Buddy you are a club car pro!!! Put that wire on the terminal and bingo that battery went up to 9.3 volts !!!�� I'll check voltage in that battery in the am it's on charge

Let's keep the answer in context:

If Your system is operating properly, due to the increased tire diameter (and resulting torque loss), You will likely not experience any increase in speed and You will loose Regen/Dynamic brake as well as walk-away brake.

If the system is not working properly and the Dynamic Brake solenoid does not close, the resistor will severely limit the current which will result in low torque/acceleration (and glow red).

The procedure You described is the correct one for testing the second case and it can be left permanently in place if You do not need the motor brake feature.

Omg!!!!! I bypassed the db coil and relay I can't believe the difference tons of torque now !!!! To all the has helped thank you! It's so nice to fine guys like you that will help. Again I can't thank you enough.!!
