So after the 14 hours did the charger cut off ?

No I did not charge during this time just let is sit. Drove it about 1/2 mile put it back on charge. unit charged fot 1.5 hour at about 4 amp. and shut off a few minutes and came back on. O WHAT FUN

For PowerDrive chargers , they are made to work with OBC on the cart,
not a timing board in the charger .

It your listing,batterys #2 and #6 are causing your charger to not shut off.

I've attached a couple of spec sheets for the PD chargers... both show 60 volts as the cutoff point... mine cuts off around 63 most of the time so the specs will vary from charger to charger.

After a couple of cycles the batteries and charge are working normal. I drove the cart about 3 miles yesterday and put it on charge. The cart was charged and the charger had shut it self off. One thing I found was on the long charge after the cart had been set up for two months at the end of yhe charging cycle the charger would shut off for a couple of second and then back on for a few minutes longer, Conditioning the batteries or something. Thanks for all the great support. This was discused in GLEEMO's earlyer responce.
