Cable Problems.
I picked up a complete set of 4awg cables for my 03 48v ds.
It has gone mostly good, but I have 4 pieces about 3' long that confuse me. They have a regular size (like that fits battery) on one end, but the other end has a small hole. I can't find anywhere that fits the hole. Here are the cables I pickup http://www.everythingcarts.com/p-202...cable-kit.aspx I got all the batteries done and the white, yellow, and green cables on the motor. I have not ran cables from the batteries to the controller area (see pic). Even if the small holed cables fit on the location in picture, I will have 2 long cables left. This is an old picture, those batteries are gone. |

Re: Cable Problems.
Please post a GOOD picture of the cable ends in question. As of now I cannot figure out your issue.

Here is a photo from the site
Can you see from that picture, or do I need to charge my camera to take pics? |

Re: Cable Problems.
I would check with supplier Every thing carts for confirmation that you might have some wrong cables?
Just a comment I sure hope you are replacing your batterys at same time as I see at least 2-3 different brands and probably different conditions as well? |

Re: Cable Problems.
I have only worked on 1 Club Car, but I do know that some small diameter lugs are used on the Forward/Reverse switch.

Re: Cable Problems.
Gorno and Doug are right. The cables with the 1/4" holes will connect the the swivel connectors on the F&R these cables will go to motor terminals S1 and S2 .... You got a bargain but no directions or cable ID
