Re: Advice needed for stripped Club Car
Okay thanks everyone. I was thinking about buying a whole new wire harness off ebay, sound like a good idea?
And besides the switch, thanks Golfdog, do any of the other components look shot? |

Re: Advice needed for stripped Club Car
The micro switches on the Fwd/Rev switch look as though they have passed their sell by date. If you are looking at upgrading the cart for more power/lift etc. would suggest you get a Heavy Duty Fwd/Rev switch. The best advice I can give you is to buy the Service and Maintenance manual that will guide you thru all the electrical stuff from charger to on/off switch, including problem solving and replacement. Also before going on ebay check out the sponsors sites, you can at least buy from people who are in the game to help site members

Re: Advice needed for stripped Club Car
There may be 2 manuals one is applicable to both petrol and battery carts and covers mainly mechanical issues and the other is a Supplement that covers battery cars.
