Does it run at all now? If it runs in either direction it's not the motor or the controller. They want let the cart run at all if it's either one. Can you tell what popped?

Doesn't move either way now forward of reverse don't know what went pop but it was a loud pop thbats all

Something MUST be wired incorrectly. Very hard for me to say with the little info I have. POP? My guess would be be the controller was somehow wired with reversed polarity in reverse? Can you double and triple check the cable wiring?
Can you post pic of the set up? Maybe we can see what's wrong? |

We have 2 problems .....
1. is that Logisystems no longer makes/sells controllers. 2. It is obvious that he cart was not wired correctly at some point as you had forward, not reverse? or vise versa... and then pop? I have helped a few guys get a deal on a different replacement unit... unfortunately there is no response from Logisystem, even to their dealers voice and email |
