So.....power converter from a sponsor site, https://www.3rsalesandservice.com/ca...TRED&pManuf=EZ , ....$124 for 25 amps.

New 12 volt battery plus charger (yes, my last 12 v charger finally died after 30 years) will be at least $100.00....

Then the hassle of two chargers......

The problem of buying 36 volt bulbs on line since none are locally available.

May just get a reducer since I don't see any issues with them. I would not like it if running the light off two of the pack sets ruined the balance of things.

Not sure yet how much night carting we will do but want to be prepared and not screw up two batteries.
if your not going to be doing much night carting your batteries will probably not get damaged from the extra draw once in awhile, if you were to hook up all the lights/ under glow lights, a phone charger, a laptop and a radio to go with it you might run into some trouble but for running back to the house if it gets a little dark once in a while, seems like nothing. I am no expert but it seems like you may not even use the lights that often to go spending money on them. mine are hooked to 2-6v batteries i barely ever night cart but they work if i need em and they been that way for a year with no trouble I might use em once a month for the ride home from the bottom, not too far (2000 ft.) but they work great. I am no expert!

Northwest is right, if you are not going to run a lot of 12 v stuff that often, you will be alright. I put a 12v battery in mine because where I store it some of the other shriners kept hitting the turn signal lever and running two batteries down, and dcs don't like low voltage.
