It hasn't been lowered yet, I have to make a slight mod to the rear lowering blocks so the rear axle will move forward about an inch. The front, all I have to do is change the position of the leaf springs by putting where it mounts in the front to the rear and rear to front. No, nothing will have to be trimmed and I should have no rubbing issues.

Pull the wheel and check the hub. You might have a loose hub and can tighten it before it becomes damaged and needs replaced. The torque on the nut is 80-90 ft-lb (140 max) and don't back off the nut to insert the cotter pin. tighten it more to make the hole line up with the castlation.
