Default Re: 1994 36V Marathon Upgrade Question

Well I just ordered my 2g cable kit and HD F&R switch from Scottyb.
I should have them by the weekend and installed by Sunday evening.
Then I'll install the motor (arrives today) and in a few weeks I'll order/install the Alltrax 500a controller and 400/1000 solenoid.
Once all that's done it'll be time for lift/wheels/tires.

Thanks Scottyb for all your help!!

Scottyb, I'll take some this evening and post them.

Also forgot to mention the camo paint job I'll be doing on it.
That will be after the lift/wheels/tires.

Installed the new MOT-B3 EZ-Go 36 Volt Non-Regen Electric, High Torque motor tonight. I couldn't have been easier. I was leery that it could be rust/welded
on, but we disconnected the wires, took off the three bolts holding the motor on, wrapped a tow strap around it, and it wiggled right off!!!!! The new motor
went in just as easy. Tightened everything down and took it for a spin!! I noticed a difference for sure, and think once all the other mods are done it will be
MUCH improved over my stock setup!!!!

Here's the old motor before the install......

And the new motor after the install.......

The next mods will be the 2g wires, HD F&R switch, 400/1000a solenoid, and Alltrax 500a controller!! The mod schedule is a little out of order, but it's all good!!
After these get installed it's on to lift/tires/wheels!!

Thanks to everyone for their input and advice
