Reverse Not Working!!

Hi
I just purchased a lifted 97 Club Car. When I put it in reverse, the buzzer comes on and I can hear the solenoid click when I step on the accelerator.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

F&R switch is bad

That is what I thought. Any ideas for a 48 volt with high speed motor and 500 amp controller? I don't want to spend to much.

The reverse buzzer is now on all the time. It does get louder when I put it in reverse.

I went ahead and unhooked it.

Is there any way to repair or diagnose it before replacing it?

Yep, check microswitches, but, it does click? Try disassembling and cleaning f&r, you can inspect the contacts.

Update. Installed the new heavy duty FNR switch and reverse works! I had to call customer service because the wiring on the micro switches was a little different. They were great and walked me thru matching up the colors.
