You really should do a load test on the batteries... or just swap them out with the other cart...

So after putting all the electronics from the good cart into the bad cart exept for switching out the motors. After a little tinkering it started working fine. let the cart sit for a few hours and it went back to acting up. i did a load test, at full throttle when it was working the voltage was around 47v

So i think i have it narrowed down to the magnet or the speed sensor, after i put the speed sensor from my good cart on the bad cart it started working fine then 2 hours later it stopped, i tapped on the speed sensor and it started working again.

If the sensor or the magnet were broken, the cart would go into limp mode, not stop working as you described.
Unless you tapped hard enough and there is something loose inside the motor itself... not sure what that could be though...

Load test the batteries and check all the battery cables if you haven't already.

Nothing seems to be working so I'd like for you to try this. Check the resistance of the resistor across the solenoid. It should be about 500 ohms.

i havent checked that yet but, it i jack the cart up and push the throttle down it will get to speed and then slow down for a sec and speed back up. keeps going up and down for about 20 secs then it will calm down and stay at one speed. after it evens out if i push thje throttle the rest of the way down it shuts off, i keep doing that and after everything warms up i guess it works fine, so i came to the conclusion that after the cart warms up it works fine, any more ideas

I tried the solenoid and nothing, I guess im gonna switch out motors to see if that fixes the issue. Im lost. Its weird that once the motor gets warmed up it runs fine. I would think if the motor was going out that it would get worse as the motor warms up
