Re: Blown 3/8 amp fuse ??
Yep its looking like I need a new charger. I replaced the fuse with no improvement. Then I replaced the OBC and still the same. Also, when the charger is plugged in the cart moves if you push the pedal with the old OBC and new one. It never did that before.

Re: Blown 3/8 amp fuse ??
Ok, I just tried Crash test dummy's OBC bypass and charger still won't come on. Then I tried his OBC/Relay bypass and charger came on. So I think I only need a relay?

Carts unlimited has the DPI chargers for a good price, it eliminates the OBC and it fully monitors the batteries constantly.

Re: Blown 3/8 amp fuse ??
I found the charger parts at Golf cart king. I'm going to try to repair this charger. Hopefully it will work so I can use the funds for my other cart project.

Re: Blown 3/8 amp fuse ??
I do not think think rebuilding the charger will change it moving with the charger plugged in. That is controlled by the OBC. Rebuilding the charger is easy. I replaced the relay, circuit barker and diodes in mine after the lightning striker. Charger works like new.
