Default 2000 DS 48V Series Speed Parts

Longtime lurker first time poster, I just recently bought a 2000 CC DS 48V which appear to be a 1/2 year but only carries a single A in the SN but this thing is just too slow. I replaced all of my cables with 2ga, yes indeed it is probably overkill but it was free from work so my question is what's next? Controller & Solenoid, or new motor? Any thoughts or ideas. Thanks

Best would be a PQ Bandit motor (~$325.) Then a 500 amp controller (~$325). I used a FSIP Controller. Keep your eye on the F-R switch it may need replacing, it is probably the weakest link in the battery power string.

I did all of these so I speak from experience.

im pushing low 30's with a PQ Rattlesnake 2 motor , 700 amp GE controller with a the same cart you got and you will need to replace the F/R switch . Where did you get the ends for the 2 gauge cable going to the F/R switch rocker block with a 1/8 hole ?
