Radio Reception
I am having issues with getting Radio signals on my 2005 club cart ds. I have a Kenwood Marine Radio and have also a short rubber antenna for golf carts, but still cannot get good reception. Issues with anybody else?

Re: Radio Reception
I've found that reception in electric golf cars is not real good. I blame it on the grounding system. The antenna uses a metal base and is truly intended to be bolted to a steel automobile with a negative frame ground. Electric golf cars don't have a frame ground. Even on gas golf cars with it bolted to the plastic top, you'll still get better reception than electric models because the antenna grounds through the back of the radio where it plugs in. Oh yeah, and GO DAWGS!
