How do I speed up 2003 Club Car DS

It is a computer program. 4 speeds or modes (I think) 1-3 are easy punch in code #4 is $100 extra and will give 19mph. It was used mostly for the NEV projects CC built with GM ( Government Motors )

I dunno..... maybe one of these dealers will chime in? I know our local dealer offers the service. I doubt it is worth buying for one cart?
