thanks for the comment

If you look on my web site i started with a homemade 4 inches lift with 20" tires & moved up in the second round to 22" with a 6 inches jakes lift & had all the seats recovered also added the rear checkered plate to finished up the rear
This year I rebuilt the engine custom port, polish ,exhaust & air filter gave it what was missing , I might sell it this year & get a newer model like a g16 or just maybe bigger tires depends on the mood in the spring

A big block would be nice but it is too expensive to have one shipped over here in Canada

thanks yamaha4life for posting my exhaust picture. I will tell you it was hard to talk to people with my dirt bike exhaust. I loved how loud it was, sounded like a 250 dirt bike. My wife could hear me anywhere on our 66 acres

However, in the end I took it off and modifed my stock muffler like cart de golf mentioned. Much quieter and I could talk to people when I was giving them rides.

Did the dirt bike exhaust gave it more power?

It will give more power IF you rejet your carb. I put the dirt bike exhaust on and a 3" K&N filter at the same time. Then I rejetted to a 158 main jet. more power and it revved higher. However, my neighbor who is about 1/8 to 1/4 mile could hear me start my cart. No sneaking around

hey shawn did you ever pull the sp and see how it was running? i've got a 3'' k+n + muffler mods and had a 155 jet, had good preformance but plug was BLACK. I completely agree that you only gain hp if you re-jet the carb.
