Default comet 94c clutch puck placement

I'm a new member here and need a little help.I just purchased and installed a comet 94c clutch on my 1982 gas marathon. I took it for a test drive and it worked great till i got it up to top speed. One of the pucks flipped over and it hung open. I did some searches and found where this is a common problem on these clutches. When i removed the bolt to take the clutch off and disassemble, the cover popped off and all the pucks fell out on the floor. I know to distribute the weights evenly, but how do the pucks actually sit in the frame. You can orient them several ways, i just dont know which is right. A picture might be a longshot, but sure would be helpful.

My 94c did the same thing until I modified it. It hasn't done it since.
I took a hand file and filed these two spots about 1/16", essentially shortening the main shaft. This shortens the maximum distance between the cover and the moveable sheave at full engagement. They sell different spacers for different belts, but mine was already set up for 1-3/16"

Here's a link to the info you should have gotten with the duster clutch.
