Rusty Clutch
I put a new drive clutch on last fall and the cart is in the garage. I went to remove the driven clutch to send out for machine work and noticed the face on my new drive clutch is rusty. Is that normal?

Re: Rusty Clutch
yes it normal if the cart sits outside or its in a damp conditions, you can install a old belt and run the cart to clean the sheave or sand it with fine paper to clean it.
when done with either wash or blow the dirt out from around the drive cllutch area. rusty s |

Re: Rusty Clutch
Thanks, Thats what I was hoping to hear. I suppose I should expect some rust on a metal surface with no oil on it.
