Default Vegas Cart 25hp 460cc engine into Yamaha G2 Golf Cart

I was wondering if anyone had put a Vegas Cart 25 hp engine into a Yamaha G2 golf cart. If so what would be the best way to do it. would you keep the electric start? what would you have to modify/ remove and how hard was the total process. Plus any additional information would be really helpful. Thank you

It's pretty straight forward. The only thing I would warn you about is using your old clutch. Don't -- it requires cutting the crankshaft shorter and drilling/taping the hole. If you don't like results the old clutch gives you'll need to replace the crank to use any of the standard 1" bore clutches. Read the warning on the Vegas Cart site. I'm waiting for parts, I'll post pictures of my progress.
