LED Headlights
Looking for led headlights for my MPT 1200
I would prefer all new sealed headlight housings, unless I can just install led bulbs in the current stock housing? I haven't even looked, but I imagine the bulbs are replaceable? Thanks |

Re: LED Headlights
Stock headlights are sealed if you have the ST cowl held in by 2 phillips screws behind it. Leds are available but pricy. http://www.golfcart.com/pc_product_d...1FCA64E5F0EDFE
If yours still work you could always add a light bar. |

Re: LED Headlights
How do the stock headlight assemblies get removed?!?!?
I thought they were just pressed in and snapped in place They won't budge |

Re: LED Headlights
As already stated, they are sealed units on the ST style cowl, you have two screws behind the cowl for each lamp unit. Unscrew them and the lamps will fall out. There is only a cutout for the wires, not the lamps. Take a look at the link Kgsc gave you and they are fitted in a similar manner. Pretty much a direct replacement.

Re: LED Headlights
I see the two mounting screws now, thanks
I'll retrofit my own lights before spending $240 on those shown in the link |
