Navitas Controller Power or PB8 Issues
I have just rebuilt my Club Car DS, 2004 resistor cart with an AC conversion. I have gone over the wiring multiple times to make sure all is correct, but I still cannot get it to power up properly.
The Navitas TAC2 Conversion IQ controller status LED blinks constantly, no pattern other than constant blink. I cannot connect via the APP. I see the controller come up via the APP, but when I click to connect I get "device communication timeout, reconnect?". When clicking reconnect, it just get the same error. When I measure voltage at the solenoid, I get 48V+ at the battery side of the large post and 48V on both small posts, but nothing at the controller side of the large post. I know when I depress the pedal, the solenoid should click turning on the voltage to the controller side of the solenoid. I have a PB8 pedal box and it seems like its wired correctly, although I don't know what the resistances/voltages are suppose to measure on the switch and potentiometer. I also don't know which connections I should be reading on the controller to make sure its getting the right power. I can post photos for everyone later today. |
