motorcycle silencer
Has anyone tried using the silencer from a dirtbike? I tried one from a newer yz 250 today and I like it, maybe a little too loud for the neighborhood that I live in but I am going to repack it and try a spark arrestor as it is very dry here.Any ideas on these?

Re: motorcycle silencer
I tried a few different mufflers to get what I wanted, but, I didn't try a
silencer w/spark arrestor. If you have the room and it sounds the way you want it to, cool. Post some vids so we can hear it!! |

Re: motorcycle silencer
I like the idea of a very light muffler, that's why I am trying these, a local motorcycle shop has several and he is a friend so I can have the used ones for 10 bucks a pop. What have you tried? and opinions are wanted.thanks
