Default RXV Intermittent charging

So I'm getting intermittent charging on my batteries. The charger will always flash green and then eventually turn steady green, but sometimes it doesn't charge and shows 49v after charging. Other times it will charge and show almost 51v after charging. I have the 622420 Powerwise charger. Any ideas?

Also, can I use a 12v car charger to charge each battery individually WITHOUT disconnecting the cables? I was thinking if I just charged across one battery at a time it shouldn't do any damage right? Or is my thinking flawed? I'm not sure my batteries (2 months old) ever got a full charge from this charger.

Charger is a known problem model, and yours has been repaired in the past. I would get a real charger. You can charge your batteries in place with cables installed.

Thanks cgtech,

You're always very helpful.

Any suggestions for a charger?
