The S3 is speed code 3 and it will not change.

I am still not sure you followed the proper procedure based on your answer.

After you successfully enter all three codes in the IQDM (leave the IQDM plugged) and put the Tow/Run on TOW for 30 seconds, does the IQDM screen changes/show "Speed Setting 4" when you flip to Run again?

If it does you are done, do not select speed code 3 again.

Thanks for the response. FYI, I’m using a Club Car Curtis 1313 hand held programmer with OEM access. I put the 3 codes I got from CC into A,B, and C. Then I switched the Run/Tow switch to tow and waited 30 seconds plus. When I switched the switch back to Run, the programmer came back up, it had changed the box in the parameters, Speed Level to 4. About 4 or 5 settings down is the S3 Fwd speed is still at 14.8 mph. And the cart still won’t run over 13-14. Thanks for taking time to work with me on this. Plug in your programmer...Go to the monitor menu and make sure that your throttle (mcor) is reaching 100 percent...What is the condition of the batteries....

my cart is doing the same thing except the it shows above range even though it is set to speed code 4? and i cannot change the speed above 14.8. it want me to correct the speed code to 3??

S/N of cart is PH1344-414424
Controller is 1515-5201
programmer is 1313-4331

i have done a cart before and it all worked fine?
any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello!

Did any one ever solve this issue? I am having the same problem. Pictures of the programmer attached. Speed Setting states 4, but the 5th down shows S3 Fwd Speed instead of S4.
