Default V-glide to MCOR questions

I have a 99 DS with the original stock v-glide. The initial jerk when I slowly press the pedal has always annoyed me. I have a high torque motor and Alltrax SR48600 controller. I’ve already neutered the controller settings as much as possible trying to eliminate the jerk but it didn’t help much. Plus since i did the reversing contactor conversion, all the repetitive clicking of the contactors is not good when im trying to creep through the woods in hunting situations. I read an older thread by TahoedawgZ71 referencing MCOR generations and part numbers and it looks like part# AM293101 is what i need if i were to convert. Is this kit a direct bolt in and plug and play type or is any fabrication required?

Is MCOR a reliable throttle control in dirty and wet hunting conditions compared to the last V-glide version? Ultimately I prefer reliability but if there is a reliable smooth alternative to the v-glide, i think I’d like to pursue it. Any direction that anyone could offer is greatly appreciated.

Contact Dave directly at Revolution and you will have your answer in minutes! He helped me with my conversion (I had some parts already and he filled in the gaps).

Thanks for the advice, I’ll definitely get with him if i get serious. I was also hoping to hear the opinions of those that have done this conversion and hear pros or cons based on experience.
