$519.00 Lift Kit ?
Hi Guy's,
Cartsplus has a (AllSports brand) 6" lift kit with 22" tires and wheels for around $519.00 to fit my 1996 DS 48 volt electric cart. I would like a few opinions if anyone is familer with this kit. Is it a OK kit for the money and are the 22's to much for the old sparky. Thanks, BGO |

My workhorse has the Allsports lift. It fit perfectly. The tolerance is so close I had to clean out the powder coat for the king pins to fit. That's a good thing!

Just note that this is a "budget" package. Good quality - get the job done, but not the "bling bling" package

Re: $519.00 Lift Kit ?
Thanks Guy's,
I'm not after Bling. I could not afford enough to make me look good. Can anyone give me advice on the 22 inch tires vs torque? Would it be a lot better to go with 20's. Thanks, BB |

Re: $519.00 Lift Kit ?
22's will definitely be a draw on your system if it is a stock cart. You will possibly notice a decline in torque and if you paid really close attention you may notice the motor running warmer. I would suggest if you are considering 20's then you may want to drop to the 4" Allsports lift.
Either way you go with Allsports you won't go wrong!! |
