Default Runs good but gotta hold choke button

Club car ds I believe. 1 cylinder 4 stroke. Fresh gas, fresh plug, fresh air filter and fresh fuel filter. Runs awesome but I gotta hold the choke button about half way down. If let go of button it dies.
Any ideas? I'm on cell phone so it's tuff to search lol

If it was mine I'd buy a bigger one also but it's neighbors and he's bugging me so bad about getting it back I don't care anymore lol
It sits for 3 years then all the sudden I have it for a week and he won't leave me alone lol

Should I pull the needle out and clean it? I forgot I already did clean the carb but I didn't take the needle out.

If your gonna clean it tear it all down and get a tip cleaner for cutting torch to clean the holes in the jet..very important!! that seems to be the weak link.
And blow every thing out with air comp.
