It depends on the area that the cart is for sell in. Some areas lean more towards electric some areas prefer gas. But basically mechanical condition good clean scratch free plastics and good seats will make the biggest difference in what it's worth. At least where I am living lift and tires will add a little but not what you have into them. Custom paint job makes it harder to sell around here since it usually only appeals to certain people.
