OK seriously now...don't waste your money on that motor...its would cost you hundreds more to be able to use it. Your speed sensor on the back of your motor, there are 2 styles. One looks like a top hat thats held onto the motor with 2 screws, and the other is mounted internally and sits flush within the back of the motor...what type is yours?? I can help if the top hat type.

My motor has the internal with the brackets..bummer. It only had 2 bolts on the backkk :(
But what else is there to buy if I buy a series motor...a solenoid, controller, and new cables...wat else. I'm willing to save money for a project. |

Well I have a 2004 Precedent and I cut the green wire coming out of center of motor and it made absolutely no difference one way or another. Had the computer set to zero on regon and it still slow down to 10mph down hill and up hill.
