Default CC 2000 Test Procedures

I'm trying to troubleshoot a 2000 Club Car 48v using the diagnostic flow chart in a copy of the "2000 PowerDrive Plus Vehicle Maintenance and Service Supplement" I've found and I would like to see if anyone has copies of or knows where I can find the test procedures that are referenced therein. Thanks.
