It did and then it started vibrating. and the batteries were old so i went and got new ones thought it might fix it but it did not

yeah. but when i hooked to my charger the lights on charger went to 100% charged in about 1 min
|

 You can buy one for about $45 - $50 at any Home Depot type store...... |

Since eight 6v is not stock, some pics of the batteries and the complete battery cabling would help along with a pack voltage reading ...... I suspect there is nothing wrong with the cart. Maybe a battery problem. A DVM is a must have for every sparkie owner who wants to do his own diagnostics and repairs
