Yeah that's true but I always hook a 12V charger to 2 batteries... You'll never fully charge 16 volts worth but it'll boost them up enough for the charger to recognize them.

Actually...no, I don't know for sure which one I heard. I just ASSumed that it was the relay.

Thanks everyone for the inputs.
I will be back to tinkering with the batteries this weekend and I will post the findings...wish me luck!

I never tried that.... that is a safer way to suggest

I am not sure that Danimal has a voltmeter ..... It is nearly impossible to work on these things without one ..... Can we get an answer on this?

Ok...I've gotten the batteries back up with charging in groups of two. Now I know that the carts will move again. Thanks to everyone for giving me some insight and helpful advice.
If I wanted to sell these...what do you think would be the best way to do that (ebay, craigs list...), and how much should I ask for them?

I almost forgot to mention that the chargers were not the problem. Once the batteries were up to the 70% range, the OBC allowed the charger to turn on again.
