Please, if you suggest to "bypass" the relay...explain the procedure, so they can do it and no one gets hurt. Sometimes knowlegdable golf car mechanics think members know how to use a volt meter and they don't. Also they could get a serious "jolt"! Just want members to be safe and get there problem solved. Hope you understand what I'm trying to say. Thanks for posting.

Here is an idea..... Maybe we should stickie a charger relay jump for CC and For An Ezgo and a Yamaha charger in the proper sections? It would have a pic and agreed upon safe procedure... This subject comes up often enough. It just might be a great way to send a newb to a safe bit of comprehensive info?

Well, I borrowed a charger from a friend and it does the same thing. Runs for about an hour then shut off before the cart was fully charged. Anyone have any other ideas what this problem could be?
