Re: 91 club car wont go
The multiple rapid clicks indicates low voltage ....... I dunno why you only get that in one direction? Might have something to do with the 1/2 power reverse ..... anyway what is the pack voltage....
We need to know if it is a resistor or controller cart to proceed ..... |

Re: 91 club car wont go
it is a resistor cart and the pack voltage is 37.5, i just tried putting the charger on it and it will spin the tires with them in the air, i check the pack voltage when i did that and it jumped down to about 10.0 and slowly climbed with the accelerator at full

Re: 91 club car wont go
It sounds to me like you have battery problems? Cart runs fine on jacks on charger Rapid solenoid clicks without jack and charger........ You can test those batts with a hydrometer and a loadtester but I'll bet dollars to donuts ....... the batts are trashed

Re: 91 club car wont go
You can still have a battery that dies when put under a load even if the voltage looks ok when the cart is at rest.

A load tester can be the cart and a hill ..... tape the meter to the pack and lay it on the seat ..... then find that hill and watch the meter |

Re: 91 club car wont go
Sounds like bad batteries.. I had the same results and it was my batteries.. Do a load test on all of them because standing voltage doesnt mean squat..
By the way, reverse only fires one solenoid and 5 forward (one at a time as you press the pedal).. Each solenoid that fires will apply more more.. I'm out the door right now to pick up some new batteries Cuz |
