How Fast/ How Far
I recently purchased a '91 CC DS 36 Volt. With good batteries and a full charge how fast and how far on average should an all stock cart go?? This is my first cart so I am looking for some basic info to start with. I will be making some upgrades once I get a baseline to start from..

Stock golf carts are made to go about 10-15 mph. As to how far you can travel that depends on road type traveled, load, windshield, top, larger wheels, lift kits, etc. Good batterys should never be used below 50% of charge to extend life and performance. Get yourself a digital amp-volt meter and a hydrometer with temp scale to test each cell for actual condition. Charge after each usage and check water levels only after charging is done to not boil acid over ruining frame. ALWAYS USE DISTILLED WATER.
