Breaker is fine. Plug is fine. Pack has 48 when no load. When I turn on lights volts drop to 25. Can batteries recover from this?

You have abused those batteries, shame on you You might have to charge each one by themselves and then connect them back together to get the charger to come on.They are really low and thats what you gotta do.

I think I have abused them. How do I charge each one separately?

Do a search on how to bypass your obc. This will get your charger to turn on and hopefully bring some life to your batteries. Be careful because when obc bypassed, charger will not turn off automactically.

I had the same problem with my 06 cart I bought a year ago! It had the stock batteries and low and behold I had to get all brand new battries! Everything worked great after that! You cant let your waterlevels get low, my GolfCart man told me the levels should be checked once a month!
