Default 2007 club car problems

My 2007 club car will not go forward unless I flip the tow/start switch under the seat. It will go in reverse any time just won't go forward.

I read in another thread about this after you washed your cart. Is that the reason here? Did you wash around the F&R switch? Did you wash under the seat on top of your batteries or could water have gotten around that area housing your OBC and controller? Have you tried to use a leaf blower on or around the pedals, F&R switch and under the seat? Just a though...

I used a pressure washer around the F&R switch but not under the seat.

Then I'm sure you used it around the pedals as well. How long has it been since it was washed? Can you use a leaf blower to help dry out the cart?

If you remove your cover between the batteries you'll see where wiring feeds through the front of the body under the seat, around the F&R switch as well. A pressure washer could blow water in from the F&R switch into where your OBC and Controller are positioned. If water was the cause then hopefully drying it out or with time sitting it will dry out and correct itself.

Thank you sir, when I get home this afternoon I will check it. It was a intermitten problem on sunday after I washed it. I had no problem in reverse only forward, and some times it would work in forward.

Mother nature took care of the problem for you with helping to dry it out...

Glad to hear it's working like it should
