Cleaned and sanded the ground terminals to no avail. I give up, she's going to the cart shop

I did loosen it a little and I took the new ebay junk carb off and cleaned the oem one and put it back on now it doesn't stall near as bad when starting. I'm thinking it's an adjustment in the black box for the throttle. It starts and takes off fast then slows back down to normal but not every time.

I went and got me a battery load tester, the battery shows weak and under 200 cranking amps after charging all day. I'll get a battery and go from there
